Right now, Stephen is pastoring part-time at Chester Alliance Church while we raise funds. We’re sitting at about 13% commitment on funds that we need to raise. We will take a vision trip to Japan this August. When we get back we will be touring, probably after Ignite, hoping to partner with churches and individuals in ministry before we go.
Once we are in Japan, we will spend 2 years in language and cultural studies while attending an Alliance Church there. Our youngest, Rachel, will come with us and attend Christian Academy of Japan for her junior and senior years of high school. Joshua and Hannah will stay in the States while they attend college. When we are finished with language studies the plan is for us to join Don and Rachel Schaffer in planting a church in Fujimi, Japan.
